Eurocopter South East Asia delivers the first EC155 B1 to Northern Service Flight Company (NSFC) in Vietnam
Capt Nguyen Van Vinh Director of NSFC said at this occasion, “We are very proud to
receive this new EC155 B1 Dauphin helicopter, the first Eurocopter helicopter we will be
operating. This purchase is part of our plan to modernize our fleet, a decision which was
taken in 2007. An upgraded fleet will enable us to further expand our operations in
Vietnam”.

Dr. Bernhard Brenner, President of Eurocopter South East Asia added, “This delivery
marks the beginning of a fruitful relationship between both our companies. Eurocopter has
been present in the country since 1985. Vietnam is a promising market with growing
demands for helicopters and a potential partner for Eurocopter’s global supply chain”.

In addition to this delivery, NSFC recently signed a contract for a second EC155 B1
helicopter to be delivered in 2010 for Search and Rescue missions. The purchase of these
2 EC155 B1 helicopters is proof of NSFC’s confidence in this medium twin engine
helicopter, highly versatile and well adapted for a wide range of missions ranging from
long-haul offshore and corporate transport, Emergency Medical Service, Search and
Rescue to law enforcement missions.

SFC’s other subsidiary Southern Service Flight Company is Eurocopter’s loyal customer
currently operating two EC 155B and 4 AS 332L2 helicopters. Before the end of this year,
SSFC will receive another 2 EC225 helicopters to be employed for the booming oil and gas
market in Vietnam. One of these helicopters is currently on static display at the Paris Air
Show from 15 to 21 June.
