Eurocopter, the world’s leading helicopter manufacturer
reaffirms its commitment to Business Aviation at this year’s EBACE with
the introduction of the EC145 Stylence on its booth no. 7010 in Hall 7.
This is the first time that the EC145 enters the market in this
configuration.
Business aviation has significantly
developed over the recent years and has been making up for 20% of
Eurocopter’s total sales. Having sold 150 business helicopters last
year, Eurocopter remains the World’s No. 1 Business Aviation helicopter
manufacturer.
“The introduction of the EC145 Stylence at this
year’s EBACE shows our confidence in business aviation and its future,
despite the current economic downturn. It is also proof of Eurocopter’s
ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of our demanding customers
in order to provide them with maximum satisfaction,” says Mr. Dominique
Orbec, Vice-President Market Development.

For the modern day executives who are constantly racing
against time, the helicopter is undoubtedly an important time-saving
tool. With an extensive range of 11 helicopters (EC120 - EC225)
equipped with a seating capacity for 4 to 19 passengers, Eurocopter is
able to respond perfectly to any requirements of its customers.
The EC145 Stylence - A combination of Style and Silence
The
latest addition to the Stylence family, the EC145 merges ergonomics and
advanced technology to provide fully-equipped in-flight offices for
business executives and companies. Business executives can thus work in
peace and quiet whilst having access to all telecommunication means
such as built-in telephones, internet and emails.
After the
presentation of the first EC130 Stylence in 2003, the EC145 is the 5th
Eurocopter helicopter to enter the Stylence series following the EC120,
EC130, AS350 B2 / B3, AS 355 NP. Since its recent introduction on the
market, there have been 5 EC145 Stylence sold in the world – in
Germany, Brazil, France, India and Luxembourg.
