Eurocopter has been informed that a Super Puma AS332 L2 type helicopter operated by Bond Offshore Helicopters was involved in an accident this afternoon off the coast of Scotland, near Aberdeen.

Our thoughts, deepest concerns and sympathy are with the families, friends and loved ones affected by the accident and with the staff at both Bond and BP. Eurocopter also sends its thanks and support to the emergency support and services who have reacted so swiftly.
