Taking into consideration your comments and needs expressed in the 2008 survey, we have further adapted our organization to your requirements. At present, a dedicated team of Customer Support specialists, managed by your personal Customer Relationship Manager, takes care of your specific and individual needs. Additionally, to provide all operators with easy access to Eurocopter’s technical expertise, we have reinforced our engineers’ training and their on-field availability while reducing costs.
